Wow -- it's already Sunday night! My weekend was fairly quiet, but seemed to fly by quickly. I just finished dinner, so I thought it would be the perfect time to share my menu for the week.
Sunday: Steak and strawberry salad
Monday: Scallops and veggie fried "rice"
Tuesday: Taco salad
Wednesday: Hamburgers with sweet potato wedges and roasted broccoli
Breakfast will be the usual eggs, yogurt or oatmeal with fruit. Lunches will likely be just leftovers or salad. If salad, I will probably cook some chicken breasts to add to the salads. Snacks will be veggies and hummus, yogurt and fruit.
