I don't know about you, but sometimes the right music makes all the difference during a workout. I generally run races without music (until I really need it), but for some reason, I love to listen to it when out on training runs. I thought I'd share with you what's pumping me up lately. Some are new songs, but many are really old. Either way, they get me moving!
