Hiatus

Hi! I know I've been away for a while. Lots of fun things have happened... And some not so fun things too!

I plan to be back to blogging on a more regular basis, but until then I'll just share a recipe of my favorite smoothies!

This chocolate avocado smoothie makes me feel better after a terrible run.

1 cup milk (cow, coconut, almond, etc)
2 scoops unflavored protein powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 medium frozen banana
1/4 frozen (or fresh) avocado

Put all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth. Using the frozen banana and avocado makes this smoothie super thick. If you like your smoothies thinner use either unfrozen fruit or add a bit more liquid.
